I ...Thanks for the comments, what a nice surprise! I bought the chain and supplies from at the Heartland Bead Market in Lenexa, Kansas. They were very helpful with measuring and cutting the chain, and attaching the circle and bar at the ends. The buttons are held on to the chain by loops. I just twisted them, slid them on the chain and on the buttons and then twisted them back closed. The commercialism of the Christmas holiday is so upsetting to me. I was in my favorite garden center the day before Labor Day to buy pansies and kale and sure enough, they were setting up the Christmas shoppe. And that was September!
